About the Leadership

Atlantic Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was founded in 1977 by Tom Hartman

Tom entered the HVAC and Plumbing industry over 47 years ago, after working at the shipyard. Following the shipyard, he worked as a technician and then managed a local Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning company before opening Atlantic in 1977.

Jordan Hartman is now the 2nd generation owner, and now holds the Master Trades Licenses. After working closely with his father for over 10 years he is proud to continue to deliver plumbing excellence to the Virginia communities of Hampton, New Port News, Poquoson, and York County. Each generation of the Hartman family believes it is their duty to serve their neighbors with unmatched customer service, and family values, all of which continue to be the cornerstone of this local plumbing and HVAC business.

Dave Kirkland is now the Service Manager. He has been with the company for nearly 4 decades, and has helped literally 1000's of local homeowners as a Plumbing and HVAC Technician during that time.
